Chris has been in the collections industry for over 20 years. She joined Greenberg & Sada, P.C., in May of 2007, after one of the firm’s clients, Global Payments Check Recovery Services unfortunately decided to relocate its Colorado office out of state.

Dan has 23 years in the collection industry, he has had his hand in every facet of the industry. In 2006 Dan made the move from standard collections to post judgment work. Since joining Greenberg Sada & Moody in August 2019, he has expanded his knowledge of the collections industry even further.
Jessica Sergeant
Administrative Assistant
Jessica is a graduate from MSU with a degree in Meteorology. However, she likes to endeavor and decided to venture into the legal world and joined Greenberg Sada & Moody P.C. in March 2019. She enjoys being outdoors and growing plants in her spare time.
